The Higashikurume Symphony Orchestra will perform at the opening ceremony and special performance of the 54th Higashikurume Civic Cultural Festival. Under the baton of Maestro Kennosuke Seiya, the orchestra will perform Elgar's "Dignity No. 1," Ravel's "Pavane for a Dead Princess," Beethoven's "Coriolan Overture," and guest concertmaster Shinya Nuruya's violin solo "Romance No. 2," among other masterpieces from around the world. and "Romance No. 2" performed by guest concertmaster Shinya Nuriya on violin.
