The committee was formed by volunteers in response to the idea of "having a brass cruise in Fujisawa, too! This joint brass band concert has been held since 2015 as part of "youth development activities" with the support of the prefecture, city, and local economic organizations.
Participating groups are elementary, junior high, and high school students from Fujisawa's representative brass bands and marching units.
