Yukari Inoue Soprano Recital

International soprano Yukari Inoue, a native of Tokushima, presents a recital in her hometown. With the deep expressive power that has enabled her to play leading roles in numerous operas and the sensitive accompaniment of co-star pianist Shintaro Uehara, she will perform a familiar program of Japanese songs and opera arias. With a selection of songs that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, this performance will bring the sounds of song and piano closer to the audience.
The program includes "Chiisai aki mitsutte (I found a small autumn)," "Akatonbo (Red dragonfly)," "Autumn sky - from five songs by Shigeyoshi Yagi," and "Housuke no hiyo (Housuke's chick), The program will also include familiar pieces such as "Hosuke no chick" and "Raisai no aria from the opera "Yuzuru" (Evening Crane)," and "Sayonara (Good-bye).
