Matsumoto Piano Lecture & Concert Unofficial

This rare project combines a lecture on the Matsumoto piano, a cultural asset of Kimitsu City, from multiple perspectives, with a special performance actually played on the instrument. In the first part, Kimi Suzuki will carefully explain the history and tonal characteristics of the Matsumoto piano with video, and in the second part, Jun Enomoto will perform using the Matsumoto piano. This is an opportunity for those interested in the preservation of musical instruments and music history to hear firsthand the sound of a piano from the Meiji period.
