Landscape in Words - Singing Makiko Kinoshita

Soprano Midori Ueno and pianist Ai Yamauchi will present a delicate and poetic landscape woven by the music of Makiko Kinoshita, one of the leading composers of our time. In this program of songs by Makiko Kinoshita, including "Loving Songs," a song by the poet Takashi Yanase that became the talk of the morning drama series, they will carefully weave together the resonance of the words and the rich expression of the songs.
