The Echoes of Katerina Bandura, Ukrainian Diva Unofficial

Katerina, a virtuoso player of the bandura, a traditional Ukrainian instrument, and a singer with a clear voice, will give a concert with a lecture at the Ebetsu Central Community Center. With her experience of the Chernobyl disaster in mind, she will carefully deliver the culture and feelings of her homeland through Ukrainian folk songs and Japanese compositions. Please enjoy the warmth of the delicate sound of strings and deep singing that will connect the hearts of the audience. Admission is free. This is a cultural exchange event co-sponsored by the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan.
