Holiday in the Forest - Charity Performance for Earthquake Disaster

Holiday in the Forest" is a program of selected masterpieces of classical music. This year's Higashiyamato concert will return to its roots with a program full of orchestral charm. -The program is a selection of pieces that are not easily heard by professionals, but which will make you nod your head if you look carefully!
During the intermission, we will also have an instrument introduction corner. Please pay attention to the unique instruments. Whether you are a beginner or a veteran of the orchestra, you are sure to enjoy this holiday!

It has been more than 14 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake. The reconstruction of Tohoku has been progressing steadily, but what is still important for us is to "never forget that day. We support the town of Yamamoto, Miyagi Prefecture, in our annual "Holiday in the Forest - Disaster Charity Performance" held in mid-September, six months later than the previous year. This year again, we will deliver relief money directly to Yamamoto-cho, Miyagi Prefecture, which is famous for its delicious fruits such as strawberries and grapes, as well as seafood. Please join us for a fundraising event after the show!
