Yatsugatake Larch Harpsichord Concert Unofficial

The concert will be held at Yatsugatake Kogen Ongakudo, a concert hall nestled in the deep forests of the Yatsugatake Highlands, where you can enjoy the delicate sounds of a harpsichord made from 110-year-old larch wood locally grown in the area. Harpsichordist Mikina Yamashita will perform a variety of pieces, from masterpieces from the classical period, such as Bach's "Mean Law," to pieces that evoke nature, accompanied by soft spoken narration, to provide a musical experience that transcends time and region. Both adults and children can easily participate in this 45-minute stage performance.
