Tomoko Kobayashi graduated from Toho Gakuen School of Music, Toho Girls' High School, and Toho Gakuen School of Music,
Graduated from Toho Gakuen School of Music, Berlin University of the Arts, and the State Performer Program of the University of the Arts Berlin. Obtained the German State Performer Certificate. Completed the Orchestra Academy of the Staatsoper Berlin.
She has won prizes at national and international competitions, including the All Japan Student Music Competition, the Tokyo Music Competition, the Max Rostal Violin Competition, and the Ivorica Gyalfas Violin Competition.
She has performed with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, the New Japan Philharmonic, the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, the Japan Philharmonic, and others.
