Tokyo Kammerphilharmonie 30th Subscription Concert

Tokyo Kammerphilharmonie is a small chamber orchestra. We will be celebrating our 30th concert.
The opening piece is Walton's "Spitfire" Prelude and Fugue. Written as film music about the fighter plane "Spitfire," it is a spectacular piece that combines a magnificent fanfare with a tension-filled fugue. The two symphonies by Sibelius and Beethoven, Symphony No. 7, will be performed by the Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa under the baton of conductor Yasuyuki Nakazawa.
Maestro Keita Matsui, who has been remarkably active since assuming the position of permanent conductor of the Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, will conduct these three unique works, and we look forward to hearing how they will resonate with each other.
