Summer Music Festival Osaka 2025

This year's 28th "Summer Music Festival Osaka" will be held to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Osaka Artists Association, and will feature Ravel, Shostakovich, and other composers whose anniversaries mark the festival. The concert will be held at three venues (Tenma Church, The Phoenix Hall, and Izumi Hall), two performances each, for a total of six performances. This is truly a one-song show! On August 22, the concert will feature the complete works of Schubert's "The Watermiller's Daughter" performed by Gifumi Hata, one of Japan's leading tenor singers. Last year, he performed "The Watermiller's Daughter" in Germany and Vienna.
