Credo Symphony Orchestra

The program will feature the works of Ravel, who will celebrate the 150th anniversary of his birth in 2025, and other sparkling French music.
This will be the seventh collaboration with the Orchestre Philharmonique de la Crédité, and will feature Ravel's superb "Tzigane," a brilliant yet aged repertoire by Mr. Poullet, who is still going strong at the age of 87, supported by the baton of Ao Toyohira, whom the master absolutely trusts. Taiga Nabeshima, who will be performing with the Credo Symphony Orchestra for the first time, is a young clarinetist who is currently studying at the Academy of the Gewandhaus Orchestra in Germany. Please look forward to the chemical reaction between these two up-and-coming young musicians.

The second half will be Ravel's ballet "Daphnis et Chloe," one of his greatest masterpieces. The original excerpts from the entire act, which are rarely performed, will be presented with chorus, focusing on the love story of Daphnis and Chloe. Although in concert form, the excerpts allow the audience to enjoy both the concise plot and the beauty of the music.
