The main piece, Dvořák's "From the New World," is a well-known masterpiece, but Yoshizaki & Tadokame will explore it as "Shin Shin Shin Sekai Yori" (From the New World), breaking free from the conventional performance concept.
This will be the first time for the group to perform a song and the first time for them to perform Mahler, so expect to see how far they can get to the heart of the matter.
Ms. Rino Yoshizaki won the third prize and the Hideo Saito Special Award at the Tokyo International Conducting Competition last year.
This will be her third time performing with our orchestra, and we will deliver a performance based on the relationship of trust that has been built up over the years.
