Kodaira EM Band is a brass band formed in 2006 by alumni of the Tokyo Gakugei University Wind Ensemble.
The band consists of about 20 members from various backgrounds, including working people, students, teachers, and housewives, and performs every Saturday at public facilities in the Tama area. The group is currently recruiting members.
For its 16th regular concert in 2025, the group will present a variety of programs under the theme of "100 Years of Showa Era," including theme songs from nostalgic anime and period dramas, medleys of works by Aku Yu, and musical numbers.
The second part of the concert will include the annual ensemble stage.
Please enjoy the rich brass band sound that captures the hearts of people of all ages. Admission is free and all seats are unreserved. (Please note that there is no dedicated parking space.)
