The Japan Amateur Performers Association (APA) is a nationwide network of chamber music lovers. As part of its activities, the APA holds monthly meetings of chamber music ensembles, mainly at the Okurayama Memorial Hall in Okurayama on the Toyoko Line, and twice a year in the spring and fall, it also holds recitals.
