The 15th anniversary performance of the Takashi Kako Quartet will bring together its founder, pianist Takashi Kako, with Mariko Aikawa (violin), Kaori Minami (viola), and Akio Ueki (cello) for a special program at Yatsugatake Kogen Ongakudo. In the first part, Kako's own masterpieces of film music such as "Is Paris Burning" and "Waltz at Twilight" will be reconstructed in chamber music style, and in the second part, the world of Kenji Miyazawa's poetry will be recited along with "Night on the Galactic Railroad," "The Morning of the Last Supper," "Gauche the Cellist," and others.
