This program is a chance to enjoy the rich sound of chamber cantatas with recorders on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Alessandro Scarlatti's death. Three baroque recorder players, Yuki Hosooka, Megumi Fukuoka, and Emi Nakajima (recorder), Akiko Sato (theorbo), Harumi Nakayama (viola da gamba), and Kaoru Yano (viola da gamba) will perform "Cantata di camera" with soprano Sakiko Abe, who weaves deep harmony with two recorders, and "Makoto, kono therefore, I burn myself with love" with one recorder, which is full of emotion.
