HOME CONCERT in 2025 SUMMER

The second annual "HOME CONCERT in 2025 SUMMER" by the Richt Symphonic Band will be presented in two parts, ranging from the authentic sound of a brass band to the world of classic video games and Disney, for all generations to enjoy.

The first part will feature gorgeous, powerful, and sometimes delicate original wind band works such as "March "Memory's Refrain"" by Shion Ito and "La forme de chacque amour chonge com le kaleidoscope" by Masamichi Amano, which is a piece for the 2025 All Japan Symphonic Band Competition. The performance will focus on gorgeous, powerful, and sometimes delicate original brass band works.

The first half of the second part is titled "Game Music Stage," featuring brass band arrangements of game music from a wide range of ages, from classic games such as "Dragon Quest" and "Super Mario Brothers" to popular games such as "Monster Hunter" and "Kingdom Hearts," providing a fun time for children and adults alike. We will deliver a moment that can be enjoyed by both children and adults.

In the latter half of the concert, "Disney Song Stage," famous Disney songs loved by people of all ages will be performed by brass band and songs. Please enjoy these exciting Disney songs.

＜About the Richt Wind Band
The Richt Wind Band was formed by graduates of Tokyo Metropolitan Toshima Senior High School and Waseda University Senior High School, who are mutual students of Akio Toyoda, the permanent conductor of the Richt Wind Band. The band is not only an alumni band of the two schools, but also a general organization with about 50 members, ranging from university students to working adults. The band's philosophy is "I'm home" for everyone, forever. The name of the band, "Licht," is a German word. The name "Licht" means light (Licht) in German, and is named after the permanent conductor.
