Hinano Ogihara began playing the violin at the age of three. She won the second prize in the junior high school division of the 74th All Japan Student Music Competition. She won the first prize at the 23rd Japan Performers' Competition. She won the Grand Prize and Concerto Prize at the 39th Kanagawa Music Competition. Selected for the 92nd Japan Music Competition.
