This is an amateur orchestra of graduates of Tokyo Metropolitan Nishi Senior High School.
The orchestra is conducted by Kiyotaka Teraoka, a 37th graduate of Tokyo Metropolitan Nishi High School, who is active in orchestras throughout Japan.
The soloist is Mei Kaneko, a graduate of the 76th class, who won the first prize and the Audience Prize at the 22nd Tokyo Music Competition in 2024 and the second prize and the Iwatani Prize (Audience Prize) in the Violin Division at the 93rd Japan Music Competition.
