Conductor is Kazushi Yamashita, Permanent Conductor of the Osaka Symphony Orchestra. The maestro, who knows Beethoven inside and out, and Yoko Kikuchi, who exudes an overwhelming presence, will present a soul-stirring Beethoven experience!
The program opens with the dramatic overture "Leonore" No. 3. In the following Piano Concerto No. 1, Yoko Kikuchi vividly portrays the breath of young Beethoven. In particular, Glenn Gould's cadenza performance is a must-see!
