　This concert, conducted by Kyu Matsuoka, who has performed with the Waseda Philharmonic Orchestra for a quarter of a century, will allow the audience to fully enjoy the best of Romantic music.
　The main program will be Symphony No. 9 "From the New World" from Dvořák's "Eighteenth Symphony," which can be said to be Mr. Matsuoka's best work. The concert will be a great opportunity to hear how the Waseda Philharmonic Orchestra and Maestro Matsuoka will interpret this masterpiece, one of the three great symphonic works of all time.
　In the first half, Kei Ito, one of Japan's leading clarinetists, will join the orchestra to perform Weber's works. The Waseda Philharmonic Orchestra and the virtuoso clarinetist Kei Ito, who has given various masterpieces in the past, will perform a chemical reaction at the Tokorozawa Muse.
