Kyushu's First Game, Anime, and Pops Orchestra Celebrates 13th Anniversary
The orchestra concert will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Saga Gender Equality Center Avanse "Avanse Hall"!
The concert will feature popular pieces and genres from the past, as well as pieces that the orchestra would like to promote in response to listeners' requests.
This time, the orchestra will perform masterpieces from Japan with a focus on Japanese composers.
The orchestra will perform "Yae no Sakura" by Ryuichi Sakamoto and "Taira no Kiyomori" by Takashi Yoshimatsu from the NHK Taiga Drama series, both of which are popular with the group!
The Kyushu premiere of "Kazenomai" composed by Yosuke Fukuda from the All Japan Band Competition theme song, and the TV animation series "Space Battleship Yamato" will also be performed.
The first challenge will be the J-POPS Symphony, a medley of songs by the popular bands Mrs. GREEN APPLE and YOASOBI.
