The 3rd Tokatsu Regional Cultural Festival

There will be a stage presentation and an exhibition of works in the gallery. Admission is free.
Kitchen cars will be set up to liven up the festival.

Parking for up to 283 cars is free for up to one hour, and 100 yen will be charged for each additional hour for standard cars.

Performers include ukulele ensemble Acorde, jazz dancer joy'm, belly dancer Ai Belly Dance, singer NACHA, batonist Dream Button Twirlers, Showa-era song band PM Rock Star, instrumental ensemble Hagukumi no Wa, mixed chorus Sore JBLNC (jazz dance), Wamu (theater community), Triangle Z (harmonica ensemble), YMDC Dance Studio (jazz dance), and Aloha Sounds (Hawaiian music and hula) will also perform.
