WAKUDOKI ❗️ Family Concert ~Play and Story with Sound
The concert will be held at Cartopia, a cultural hall in Yabuzuka Honmachi, Ota City, on Sunday, July 27.
This concert is open to children from 0 years old and can be enjoyed by both adults and children 🧑👦👶.
🔴The theme of the first half of the concert is "🎶Play with Sound🙌".
Mariko, a singer who tours the country with her Shimajiro Show, and Kazune, a piano player who is also active in Oto Hako ✨.
Singing and playing with hands and 🖐️ with familiar songs like "Sampo" and "Boyoyon March", you can enjoy music freely on the stage 🎵.
The theme of the second half of the 🔴 is "Enjoying Stories with Sound📚".
We will perform the world's favorite classic, "Peter and the Wolf" by Prokofiev 🐺👦.
This music with a story about a boy Peter who joins forces with his fellow animals to fight the wolf is easy for everyone to understand, with narration 🎤 accompanying the instrumental performance!
The music is not just background music, but it expresses the scene and emotions very well and takes the listener into a world of adventure.
The narration is usually done by one person, but this time the narration is divided into different roles and performed by children who were recruited from the public 👀.

We are looking for children (elementary school students who can participate in advance practice) to act as narrators for the second half of "Peter and the Wolf"!

Wooden Instrument Making Workshop @ Ota Exhibition Hall Suzukake no Sumika
We are very happy to announce that Saito Rinko, a leading housing manufacturer in Gunma Prefecture, has agreed to sponsor a related event to the concert at their exhibition hall in Ota City!
They are planning a workshop where even small children can easily make warm wooden musical instruments.
And we will be able to do it in the relaxing space of Saito Rinko's beautiful house 🏠... It will definitely be a healing moment for both parents and their children 🍀.
