Orchestra Juvenalis A journey of echoes and colors spreading from original instruments

We wanted to bring to our guests the music we encountered through our musical experiences throughout Europe. In addition to works by the great composer Johann Sebastian Bach, we hope that by including works by musicians who were active around him in the program, the audience will be able to experience the historical background of the time and the diversity of a wide range of musical genres. By doing so, we aim to give the audience a deeper understanding of what it was like during Bach's lifetime through his music. We also hope to deliver the charm of Baroque music more faithfully by performing it in a facility suitable for its performance.
Furthermore, we will be performing on instruments that are as close as possible to those used in those days (although they were created in modern times, the tone is faithful to that of those days). We hope that this will allow you to appreciate more deeply the original charm of Baroque music. By reproducing the sound and characteristics of historical instruments, we hope to bring to life the musical sky of the time.
