Fanny Kusow Pipe Organ Lecture Unofficial

The "Pipe Organ Special Lecture" will be held at Sapporo Concert Hall Kitara on May 22, 2025, as part of the Sapporo Otani University-Kitara collaborative project, with Fanny Cousseau as the lecturer, who will explain the mechanism and history of the pipe organ and the connection between the composer, performer, and audience. The lecture will be accompanied by a demonstration of the organ. The lecture will unfold with demonstrations of the organ and interpretation by Tomonari Hiraoka, providing a professional perspective and easy-to-understand explanations. Participants will be offered the opportunity to share an elegant and sophisticated musical experience and knowledge in an all-seat unreserved format for a general audience fee of 800 yen.
