Sachiko Ogawa (P/Composer)
Sachiko Ogawa began playing the piano at the age of two, and has been active as a singer and ensemble pianist since she was in elementary school.
She has performed in Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Romania, China, Korea, Australia, and many other countries. She won the highest prize at the International Music Festival in Romania.
In Japan, she has performed and won many awards at guest houses and other venues. In addition to solo performances, she performs improvisation as a ballet pianist, original works, jazz orchestras, operas, and other free style performances. She has been involved in recording since her teens and has released CDs from Victor, Yamaha, Universal, and overseas labels.
