Formed in 2004 by four Kansai-based percussionists (Yasuyuko Ikeda, Michiko Uchiyama, Ayumi Takanabe, and Saeko Yasunaga), Beat Jack performs original works that make the most of the individuality of each of the four, and transforms beloved music from all over the world into wonderful and fun music.

Aika Fujiwara Manaka Piano

She won the Encouragement Prize at the Wakayama Music Competition, the Encouragement Prize at the Nagae Cup International Music Competition, and others. She received a scholarship from the Tokyo International Arts Foundation to attend master classes at the Wiener Musik Seminar at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, where she received a diploma. She has performed not only classical music but also with artists of various genres.
