Orchestra Patria

Orchestra Patria is a year orchestra consisting mainly of participants of the Medical Student Orchestra (commonly known as the Medical Orchestra) who will be enrolled in the 2019 and 2020 academic years. Patria" means "hometown" in Latin, and we aim to be a place where the friends who have spent time together in the orchestra can come back to the orchestra as their "hometown" and continue to play music together, even if they are now active in various fields.
In this concert, the overture to the opera "Ruslan and Lyudmila" will be performed, as well as the Italian Fantasia, which is a unifying work for students, and Rachmaninoff's magnificent Symphony No. 2, which is the culmination of our student life.
Students from all over the country who have become close friends through the medical orchestra will gather together to deliver excitement to everyone through music.
