The orchestra was formed in 2009 by former concertmasters and principal players of both the Keio Wagner Society Orchestra and the Waseda University Philharmonic Orchestra. The 5th and 10th anniversary concerts at Kioi Hall were a great success and were attended by a full house. Through these commemorative concerts, we felt an even deeper connection with each and every one of our guests.
