We are pleased to announce a Valentine concert at Cremonia Hall, a two-minute walk from Ogikubo Station. Three aspiring musicians currently studying at Toho Gakuen School of Music (violin: Shizuka Tamao, Nako Nagasaka, piano: Ayaka Suzuki) will perform for about an hour on the theme of love, chocolate, and sweets.
In November 2024, Shizumao performed at the Ogikubo Music Festival, and through a wonderful opportunity, we have decided to hold this concert in Ogikubo. We will take this opportunity to let more people know about us and prepare to share a good time. Please feel free to come.
Admission is free, and the concert will end around 20:00.

Performers
Tamao Shizuka (violin)
Born in Hyogo Prefecture, Shizuka began playing the violin at the age of 5. After studying at the music school attached to Souai University and belonging to a junior orchestra, she graduated from the music department of Nishinomiya High School in Hyogo Prefecture.
She is currently enrolled at Toho Gakuen School of Music as a violin major with a minor in musicology. She has performed in the Student Concert and the Concert for Students with Superior Academic Achievements. She won the 5th prize at the 39th All Japan Junior Classical Music Competition, and was an associate winner of the 2024 spring audition for the Overseas Music University Master Class Dispatch Grant. Selected for the 40th Kanagawa Music Competition. Selected for the 26th Japan Musicians' Competition. Selected for the 25th Osaka International Music Competition, Strings Division, Age-U. Received the Jury Prize at the 90th TIAA All Japan Classical Music Concert.
Studied under Chiharu Kano and Michiko Kamiya.

Nako Nagasaka (violin)
Nako Nagasaka began playing the violin at the age of three. She won the 3rd prize at the 20th Osaka International Music Competition ageH, the Gold Prize at the 16th Japan Winds and Percussion Solo Contest, and the Saitama Prefecture Governor's Prize. She won the 5th prize at the 29th Burkhardt International Competition. She has studied violin under Chiaki Funayama, Kanade Funayama, and Takashi Shimizu. She has studied chamber music under Michiko Kamiya, Seiji Kageyama, Tomoya Kikuchi, and Keiko Urushihara. She is also active in orchestras and concerts at community facilities. Currently a third-year student at Toho Gakuen School of Music.

Born in Tokyo
Ayaka Suzuki began playing the piano at the age of 7. After attending the Music School for Children attached to Toho Gakuen School of Music, she is currently a third-year student at Toho Gakuen School of Music, majoring in piano.
She is also active as an accompanist for stringed instruments, etc., which won a prize at the 40th National Junior Classical Competition, as well as in lessons for elementary and junior high school students, and as a duo with Megumi Watakeiji (vl), a third-year student at the same college.
