The group holds concerts mainly with members from the six Tokyo universities! Members from various universities and from all backgrounds gather to make music.
This year was the 4th concert. The conductor is Kenjiro Sakairi, a graduate of Keio University (Wagner), and we will perform Rachmaninoff Symphony No. 2 and the ballet suite "Belkis, Queen of Sheba".
Many of you may be familiar with "Belkis, Queen of Sheba" as it is sometimes performed by brass bands. We hope you will enjoy it with the orchestra as well.
