The 15th Hokkaido Wind Music Festival

Anyone! Everyone! ～In addition to the must-hear programs for brass band fans and instruction by professional players to students, the festival will also feature big band and light music.

The project's theme is to promote intergenerational exchange between elementary school students and adults, and between professional and amateur players. This year, we have also invited the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Northern Area Band to participate in the festival, and have prepared a program that can be enjoyed by people from all walks of life.

In addition to solo performances by each group, we have prepared a variety of joint performances and other programs that will bring the audience together as one.

This year, the venue has been moved to the Sapporo Kyoiku Bunka Kaikan (Sapporo Education and Culture Hall), away from the Sapporo Lifelong Learning Center Chieria, which has been a great support to us in the past.

The festival will be held in the form of a festival, and each section will be full of attractions.
