April 4 is "Piano Tuning Day
The International Association of Piano Technicians designated April 4 as "Piano Tuning Day" in 1993, since the standard tuning tone "A" = 440 Hz. The Japan Piano Tuners Association holds commemorative concerts throughout Japan every year to celebrate this day and to contribute to the development of local culture through the improvement of Japanese piano culture and music culture, the promotion of research on piano tuning and production techniques, and the support of activities by up-and-coming performers.

He won the second prize in the piano section of the Danubia International Music Competition in Budapest and the second prize in the chamber music section of the Danubia International Music Competition in Vienna.
A pianist from Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan, she has a wide repertoire of solo and ensemble music and a rich tone quality. She has performed with conductors and orchestras of great ability and tradition, such as Hubert Sudern x ensemble NOVA, Gábor Horváth x Pironi Chamber Orchestra (Hungary), and Toshiyuki Kudo x Suzaka Mecenat Hall Orchestra. He has performed not only as a soloist but also with many instrumental and vocal musicians. In 2024, he held a concert in Budapest with local performers, which was a great success with a full house. It is still fresh in his memory that he thrilled the audience at the "Shinshu 3 Boys Piano Battle" organized by the Nagano City Art Museum with an unusual performance using three full concert grand pianos. Recently, he has performed in "Hibike! Chikuma Classics" and "Shinshu Music Exposition," he has been active as a musician in a comprehensive and energetic way.
In 2022, he released his first album "Kotonoha Music" from Studio N.A.T. It was acclaimed by Record Geijutsu magazine as "using a variety of tones to evoke the vastness of nature and the communion of people.
After graduating from Tokyo College of Music High School and Tokyo University of the Arts, she received her Master's Degree and Soloist Diploma (National Performer Certificate) from the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Hungary. She has studied piano with K. Drafi, Rei Eguchi, Atsuko Okada, Hideto Nishikawa, Yukio Yokoyama, Masahiro Saito, Neiko Shinoi, Hiroshi Takezawa, and Chie Matsuhashi, and improvisation with Kimitaka Hirano.
He has been a Meigakudo Support Artist since 2022. Representative of Office Kurute.
