Kanakku de Kogaku Ensemble Bach - Concerto for various instruments
Ensemble Yamate Balocco Concert
2025/03/22(sa.) 14:00 Starting
Yokohama City Kanagawa Kumin Bunka Center Kanagawa Hall Hall (Kanagawa)
In the course of receiving questionnaires for the Yamate Barocco, we have received many requests for Bach's music and the Brandenburg Concerto. We will present Brandenburg Concerto No. 5, the first to employ the harpsichord as a solo instrument, and Brandenburg Concerto No. 6, a combination of two types of violas (arm viola: today's viola, foot viola: viola da gamba) and cello as solo instruments. In addition, we will hear Bach's only church cantata with trumpet, violin, and soprano singing as solo instruments, as well as a secular cantata also written in concerto form.
Enjoy the combination of Baroque instruments such as trumpet, flute, violin, viola da gamba, and harpsichord, and the wonderful soprano voice.
