Notice of Conductor Change for the 69th Regular Concert
We regret to announce that our Music Director, Kazuyoshi Akiyama, who was scheduled to conduct the 69th Regular Concert to commemorate our 60th anniversary, has been hospitalized due to an injury sustained in a fall and will not be able to perform in this concert.
Instead, this performance will be conducted as scheduled by Mineko Kimura, our chorus conductor, who was recommended by Maestro Akiyama and has shared his interpretation of "The Passion of Matthew" with the chorus members and has embodied the music together with Maestro Akiyama.
We sincerely apologize to all those who have been looking forward to this performance, and we ask for your understanding.
Although this is a change in the main performers, there will be no refunds for admission tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your understanding.
