Ist Violin Gene Iwatani
Born in Nara City, Iwaya began playing the violin at the age of four.
He won the first prize in the high school division of the 71st All Japan Student Music Competition, the Yokohama Citizen's Prize (Audience Prize), the Usatoh Loan, the Togi Prize, and other prizes. Performed in the "One Coin Concert" sponsored by the Hyogo Performing Arts Center. Performed with Senri Philharmonia Osaka under the direction of Kazuki Sawa.
