Shinyusa Horiuchi Flute Recital

Flute: Myuua Horiuchi
Born in Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture, Myuua Horiuchi began playing piano and solfege at the age of three and flute at seven. In June of this year, she was accepted to the Conservatoire de Paris with unanimous approval and first prize with praise from the jury at the age of 14.
She studied piano and solfege under Akiko Nakae and Nozomu Matsumoto. At the age of 9, he was highly praised for his talent by Mr. Vincent Lucas, Associate Professor at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris, Professor at the Conservatoire National de Region de Paris, and Principal Flute of the Orchestre de Paris, and he has been taking private lessons every time he visits Japan. He also performed in the concert of selected students with excellent grades. Completed the 30th Hamamatsu International Wind Instrument Academy and Michel Moragues Class. Selected student of Biwako Music Harvest 2022 Chamber Music Seminar. She has also attended many private lessons and master classes given by artists in Japan and abroad.

She won the first prize in a competition she entered within six months of picking up the flute. Later, she won the first prize in the woodwind division for junior high school students and under at the 21st and 23rd Japan Performers' Competition, and the second prize at the 23rd competition. First prize in the elementary school division of the 1st and 2nd Tokyo International Flute Auditions, Grand Prix in the upper elementary school division and the 32nd Junior High School Division of the 30th Japan Classical Music Competition, Gold Prize and the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award in the elementary school course of the 23rd Japan Junior Wind and Percussion Competition, First prize in the middle school and under division of the 17th Sendai Flute Competition 1st Prize; 16th Shizuoka Flute Competition, Elementary School Division, 1st Prize Grand Prix; 76th All Japan Student Music Competition, Junior High School Division, 1st Prize and Yokohama Citizen's Prize; 26th Lake Biwa International Flute Competition, Junior Division, 1st Prize and Audience Prize; 27th General Division, 2nd Prize and Audience She has won many competitions, including the 26th Biwako International Flute Competition Junior Section 1st Prize and Yokohama Citizen's Prize, the 27th General Section 2nd Prize, Audience Prize, and Mushanokoji Senke Prize, as well as many other prizes.
She has appeared as soloist in concertos at the Japan Classical Music Competition 30th Anniversary Concert and specially recommended concerts, and has performed with the Yokohama Sinfonietta and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. 11 years old, she held her first solo recycle followed by her performance activities.
She is scheduled to perform in the Act New Artist Series 2025 in June 2025.
