Musica 14.8 Concert

We are a super ensemble of top string players from all over the world who gather in Osaka once a year. Since we get together once a year, we are also known as the Tanabata Ensemble. Our name is taken from the distance of 14.8 light years between Orihime and Hikoboshi, but for some reason it is read in Spanish (lol)! To commemorate the 10th anniversary of our founding, we are celebrating the 200th anniversary of Bruckner's birth by performing Bruckner's rarely performed string quintet as a string ensemble arranged by Ocho. This is a rare opportunity to hear Bruckner's Quintet live, and we hope that by listening to Honegger's symphony at the same time, you will be able to feel a little bit about the world in which wars have not yet been eliminated in the 21st century, and find something you can do to help.
