The rich world of picture books unfolds to the gentle sound of the lindik, a musical instrument from Bali, Indonesia.
We have selected three picture books, each with its own unique character, that can be enjoyed by both young children and adults.
Performances by students of the Yokoyama Gamelan House's "Lindic Club" and guest performer Maho Nakaichi, who is active in baby theater and picture book storytelling, will bring you a soft afternoon surrounded by the sounds of bamboo.
