Chorus Ensemble IRIS was invited by a large orchestra to perform at Muza Kawasaki Symphony Hall on August 18 in a concert of Mahler Symphony No. 3, Brahms Neunier (Ode to Brahms) Op82, and Mozart Kyrie K341. As a part of the event, the participants will experience voice training through songs associated with the music in "Symphony No. 3, 3rd movement" and "Brahms' songs".

This music appears in the 3rd movement of Symphony No. 3. A delightful piece sung with characteristic piano accompaniment including birdsong.

The beautiful melody is also arranged for stringed instruments.

Soprano Piano Miki Shibata】 Graduated from Kunitachi College of Music, Shibata made her debut as Madame Herz in Mozart's "Theatre Manager" conducted by O. Suitner. She has appeared in operas such as Carmen Micaëla and The Magic Flute, Queen of the Night. Soloists include Bach B Minor Mass, Handel Messiah, Beethoven 9th Symphony, Mahler 4th Symphony No. 2 "Resurrection", etc. She has performed many songs in Japanese, German, Russian, Italian, English, and other languages.
