Shintaro Doji's Chamber Music Concert: Music Tamatebako Vol.Ⅲ

This month, on Friday, April 26, we will hold a chamber music concert titled "Tamatebako" at Scott Hall in Waseda Hoshien (see details at the bottom of this page).
This third concert will feature well-known works familiar to string players. Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik and Rossini's Sonata for Strings are often played by string orchestras, but they are more enjoyable when played by the smallest number of players. We will also present three string quartets arranged from Dvořák's own songs, some of which are sweetly romantic, some of which are filled with sadness, and a long string quintet written with an unusual five-part string orchestra. Please enjoy the concert!
