Piano Quintet Concert

What is the charm of music created by a group of music lovers who do not usually make music for a living... The members of this concert are not just music lovers. There is Takanori Shimizu, who was a member of the Waseda University Symphony Orchestra when he was a university student and currently serves as concertmaster of four amateur orchestras; Natsumi Yamaguchi, who became a top player in a local youth orchestra while studying in Boston; Yoshihiro Nakamura, who has toured Europe with the Wagener Society Orchestra (Keio University); and Yoshihiro Nakamura, who toured Europe with the Wagner Society Orchestra (Keio University); Asako Tokumaru, who came all the way from Oita to Tokyo to become a doctor but never left her viola; and Masaru Yabuzaki, who performs in recitals and as a soloist in orchestra.
They practice with limited time, spend holidays together, and talk with each other through music. There is a joy in sharing the love of music!
These "super" music lovers will gather to perform two of the most famous piano quintets, Shostakovich and Dvorak, with Tomomichi Watanabe, a special player.
