Immortal Brass Eternally

- Now, to New Zealand. A history-making performance with all our might. -John

Six years ago, we gave our best performance in front of a packed house at the Abeno Kumin Center, the venue for this year's competition, and the video of that day's performance posted on YouTube was highly evaluated by the World Music Competition (WMC) Executive Committee, and we won the right to compete in the highest division of the competition, which is given only to world-class pandos. The band was the first Japanese brass band to win this competition. This was the first time for a Japanese brass band to achieve this feat.

However, due to the new Corona and the international situation, the band had to give up the chance to participate in the competition. We were in tears before the stage of our dreams.
Since then, we have been working even harder to achieve our new goal of competing in the New Zealand National Brass Band Championships. We are determined to achieve a high ranking in the international competition and make a new history for Japanese brass bands.

This concert will be held for the many brass band fans, music lovers, IBE fans, and all those who are related to our members in Japan, to present the IBE's fullest performance one month before the overseas tour.
