The 2nd Tokatsu Regional Cultural Festival "Enjoy This Moment" will be held from June 1 (Sat.) to 9 (Sun.), 2024, at Sawayaka Chiba Kenmin Plaza, where cultural groups from six cities in Higashi-Katsushika (Abiko, Kashiwa, Kamagaya, Nagareyama, Noda, and Matsudo) will gather to present the results of their daily cultural activities. There will be stage performances, demonstrations, practical skill presentations, and a gallery display of artwork.
After the performance by the troupe, there will be belly dancing by Yuriya (Kimono dance and belly dance), Omusubi (Electone performance), Classic Ballet Coppelia (Koto and Japanese dance), Tokatsu Owara no Kai (Ecchu Owara Bushi), Nishiki (Koto & Japanese dance), Tokatsu Owara no Kai (Ecchu Owarabushi), Nishiki Uta Kai (Taishokoto), Nagareyama City Cultural Association Dance Club Wakaba Kai (Japanese dance), La La La Frog Ocarina Club (ocarina ensemble), Takeushiro Ichiyama Japanese Dance Class (Japanese dance), Koryu Taiko (Japanese drum), Bon Dance as the finale event! (with the cooperation of Bon Odori Enthusiast Association: Sachiko Miyashita & Koryu Taiko). (Honorifics omitted. The above is the order of performance. Please refer to the program for details.)
Kitchen cars will be set up on Saturdays and Sundays (6/1, 6/2, 6/8, 6/9) during the event period!　On the finale (6/9), Bon Odori with Cheeba-kun will be held from 16:00!

Parking is free for up to 1 hour. Thereafter, 100 yen will be added for each additional hour for standard and semi-medium-sized vehicles.
