Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra 1000th Subscription Concert B Series Unofficial

For the commemorative 1000th subscription concert, we will present Bruckner's unfinished Symphony No. 9 with Finale (4th movement) under the baton of laureate conductor Eliahu Inbal. The finale will be the latest version (2021-22) based on the research conducted by Nicolas Samare, John A. Phillips, Benjamin-Gunnar Kohls, and Giuseppe Mazzuca ("SPCM"), and will be performed for the first time in Japan. Inbal was born in Frankfurt, Germany, in the late 1980s. Inbal has been paying attention to their research since the late 1980s, when he recorded an early version with the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra, and he is eager to perform this latest version. Whether or not the finale is included is up to the listener.
