The Fukuoka Symphonic Band (F-Kyo) always performs with the aim of conveying the true joy of music.
We practice daily with the aim of "making music that is not only fun to play, but also inspiring and enjoyable for those who listen to it.

The Fukuoka Symphonic Band will hold its 25th regular concert.
The first part of the concert will start with a march "Luke's Itinerary" (Takehiro Fukawatase) commissioned by the Fukuoka Symphony Orchestra, followed by a variety of music ranging from "Green Sleeves: Fantasia for Band" by Robert W. Smith, a piece for the 2003 Symphonic Band Competition, "British Folk Song March" by Hiroki Takahashi, and a piece by A. Menken. The second part of the concert will feature the music of the Disney movie "Pocahontas," composed by A. Menken.

The second part will be a full performance of "Symphony No. 2 'Scenes from Edo'" by F. Cesarini.
Please feel the emotional landscape of the Edo period depicted in music and its historical background and cultural charm.
