We welcomed former Tokyo Symphony Orchestra principal cellist Beante Bowman as soloist for Schumann's "Cello Concerto".
Looking back on the past concerts, the "Cello Concerto" may be the most difficult one to perform without a conductor.
The "Serenade for 13 Winds" is the first piece for wind instruments in the BKO.
