Kyoko Hashimoto piano, Manzoh Ito violin duo recital

Since their fateful encounter in 2015, Kyoko Hashimoto, a legendary international pianist who has been active in the United States and Europe since 1978 and is currently a professor of piano at McGill University, Canada's most elite university, and the up-and-coming violinist Manzoh Ito, who has been remarkably active in the field of violin, have traveled together twice to Kirchberg International Music Festival in Germany and last year to Montreal, Canada. Ito's recital will be her fourth year in Opera City.

Supported by the Government Office of the Province of Quebec, the Japan Federation of Musicians, and others.

The concert will be full of highlights.
Two Debussy piano solos by the legendary Hashimoto will be performed. In the violin sonatas, Mozart, which is especially difficult for the piano, R. Strauss with a new interpretation different from Ito's CD, and Bartók, which has been warmly accepted by the audience.

This is the first performance in Japan by the master and disciple, who have already performed in Germany and Canada. Please look forward to the real pleasure of these rich sonatas.
